Together We Grow has been in business for 15 years now and we have highly skilled staff members who are professionals when it comes to looking after children. Our staff is CPR and first aid certified and with trained in special education. Karen Schemm, our owner, went to Le Moyne College for Special Education and she has always had a passion for children, which is why she chose to start this day care.

Committed staff that takes care of children out of passion is very hard to find. We are lucky to have staff that is experienced and professional. You won't have to worry about your child's education or learning. Our staff knows sign language, they are trained in special education, and they are very in tune with nonverbal communication.

Many child care centers are pretty expensive and they do not provide that many services or the environment is not very safe and child-friendly. That is not the case here; we take pride in -looking after children and providing them with the necessities required in order to groom them for a better future. We have year-round school district buses for them too.
